    I had two palm trees to cut down and the stumps to be ground out. I used Chubb tree care and I’m very glad I did. Tom did a great job and for a good price too. It was nice and tidy when I came home and he’d carried out the job just as he said he would. Good bloke and he did a good job. You’ll be in safe hands with this outfit. 👍 well done lad, proper job👌

    Following a call to review an oak tree with an apparent defect, a visit was made within hours at the weekend. All discussions with the local authority regarding the TPO were sorted and works were undertaken quickly, efficiently and with everything tidied and cleared up after the works. This was a challenging piece of work that required safe access to a large branch using abseiling techniques and needing the management of the adjacent road and pedestrian footpath. Will certainly be asking them for future tree work.

    One Medium Oak tree crown thin by 20% and remove all dead wood from crown. 2 Small Oak trees remove deadwood and crown thin. They arrived on time , work was carried out cheerfully and carefully with no other damage caused, area was cleared up well after the work was completed. Would recommend

    Excellent service from start to finish. Quick to deliver quote and kept to it. Explained everything clearly. The tree was expertly removed by Tom and his team who arrived first thing in the day and worked hard throughout. Tidied up and replaced plant pots afterwards. Would highly recommend and will definitely ask Tom and his team back for any future tree works required.

  • Reducing size of large established tree

    I saw Chubbs remove several tall, old established trees from my neighbours' property with great efficiency. I have a large established flowering cherry tree in my garden - they reduced the height of the tree by about 10ft, and trimmed all the lower branches and created a great shape to the tree. The work was carried out extremely efficiently, the large number of branches were all completely cleared away, and everything was done in a friendly and courteous way

we provide free written quotations and can provide unbiased advice what is best for your trees. If planning consent is required to carry out work we can liaise with local authority to obtain approval. The tree work works that we provide are dead wooding, crown thinning, crown reduction, tree felling, hedge cutting, site clearance, tree planting, stump grinding, and we sell seasoned split wood.
