    They were prompt in coming to check out the job, gave a considered view and - having checked their figures - a quote that stayed the price we had to pay. They also fixed the source of the water ingress as well as making good the damage it was causing. They were honest in saying the problem transpired to be something different from what they had first thought, having been prepared to investigate and check.
