    Chris turned up on time, was polite and cheerful and set to work cleaning our 3 piece suite and carpet. We were impressed with the results and everything looks clean and fresh now.     Unfortunately he was 20 minutes late for arrival but for the duration of the time he was at my home he was polite and courteous. He used his machine to clean my lounge and stairs carpet, initially it looked ok but after closer inspection it was very patchy. I gave it a couple of days to completely dry to make sure it wasn’t patchy due to being damp still. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case, I then hired a carpet cleaner at a fraction of the cost and re cleaned it myself - the water that came out of my carpet was black!! Not expected after a professional clean only two days previous.
