    My late afternoon call about a rodent smell was responded to immediately and Peter came round the next day and gave me excellent advice about how it would not really be possible to find the source of the smell in an old terraced house with cavity walls etc. He provided me with a liquid solution to place where the smell was worst. It really helped and completely neutralised the smell, which was almost gone after nine days. Peter clearly has a lot of experience and insight in dealing with problems with all forms of animal and insect infestations.

    I phoned him late morning. By 4 pm he had visited as promised and dealt with the problem, leaving me with information about what would happen next, and what I should do, when, if it didn't go according to plan. No complaints at all!

With many happy and returning customers over the last 30 years, you can be sure of being well looked after. Our aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. I work with a small team, who communicate and work together well. We provide a discreet friendly service. We find that promoting a positive attitude always helps projects run smoothly with good communication throughout.
