    James arranged to visit at 10am. He called 9.30 to inform he had to obtain parts but would arrive at 10.30. Which we appreciated as some folk just turn up late without reason. He arrived before 10.30. Very pleasant and easy to deal with. Went straight to work in our loft and within the hour had installation complete. At this point there was a problem with the strength of signal. He resolved this by providing a booster at the television which rectified the issue. Leaving our picture crystal clear and all channels available on freeview, which wasn’t the case before he came.

    James was great with our job request. He was helpful in explaining what would be best for our new tv and wall and was able to provide his own suggested mount which I believe is better than the one Samsung offered with the tv. He wasn’t very long, no mess and polite and has done a great job.
