    Found this company to be reliable, polite, good communicators and tidy workers. The plumber came to resolve the drainage block from the loft shower. They found it to be clear from shower to the Saniflow. As the Saniflow had recently been installed by someone else, they suggested we contacted the installer incase there was an issue with the Saniflow which would still be under warranty, as it was clear up to that point, although the problem might also be beyond the Saniflow. If so, they could come back if necessary. They also did a temporary fix to an issue spotted on our basin.

    Called Clearway mid morning, polite and helpful booking experience and by mid afternoon same day James and Andy had arrived and quickly identified the problem and set about a solution. They described the issue very well including video pictures and within an hour had cleared the blockage along the whole pipework to our house. Also they gave advice on avoding issues in future. Very reasonably priced and admin was spot on. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

    James fitted us into his busy schedule and unblocked a downstairs toilet very swiftly! He also did a thorough inspection of all the other pipe work to ensure there weren’t any blockages further down the line, using his sophisticated camera equipment. He was very quick, courteous and provided some information on where we need to look for future issues in the pipework. Cannot fault his clean workmanship and care and attention to health and safety!

My name is Clive Simester and I am a trained plumber 


I have been working in the plumbing and drainage industry for over 40 years after completing an apprenticeship. After many years of working for major plumbing and drainage companies and running a franchise I decided to start my own company.
