    I have used Clifton Property Solutions before. The results have always been excellent and very reasonably priced. This work was unusually complicated due to an existing false ceiling and uneven floorboards in the utility room in a property, I moved into recently. Clifton executed the work with care and dedication. He is meticulous, thorough, and very polite leaving the place clean and tidy. I am very pleased with the results. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I needed it done urgently and contacted him early afternoon on a Sunday and he arranged to do the job a few hours later.
