  Others have said the same before me, but Joe’s is one of those trade people whose phone number I have ‘on speed dial’ (young people: see ‘90s mobile phones). I’ve relied on Joe for several years now for anything beyond ‘YouTube educated’ stuff, and last night when a ceiling leak looked drastic, I feared the worst. Less than 24 hours later, Joe’s fixed it all, and charged me a price that he knows he could’ve doubled (but lost me as a customer). It’s the same every single time: he’s fast to arrive, uber-professional, no dramas and just a really decent bloke. I’d recommend him to anyone. 10/10.
