  • Carbon monoxide alarm

    My carbon monoxide detector went off in the middle of the night, called the emergency gas engineer who came out within the hour and nothing was detected, so called the estate agents (Vanderpumps) this morning (as private rent) and they sent out their own gas engineer called Bill (Bill Comfy heating and Plumbing) and he was absolutely amazing. Was very professional, polite and friendly, let me watch him do the appropriate tests and still no carbon monoxide detected, so he put the boiler on and double checked it all again. Would highly recommend Bill ????

    Bill did a great job updating my creaky old heating system by moving and replacing several old radiators with new ones, and installing a new smart heating system which lets me control the temperature of each room independently and automatically. The difference is huge, and it means I can now heat only the room people are actually in, rather then wasting money on heating the whole house unnecessarily. He was courteous and helpful, and got on with the job in hand with the minimum of fuss. I would thoroughly recommend.
