    Had a shocking experience with Hotpoint/Whirlpool who I booked to fix my fridge freezer. Turned into a disaster trying to book in engineers over a period of 4 weeks! So instead spoke to Tracey and Contracool who was great and booked in an engineer that very day. The part took 4 days to arrive to which was fitted to a time that matched me -instead of a 3 hour time slot! Job completed and I now have a fridge freezer again.
