    Michael's service was beyond expectation. Apart from being polite and smiling throughout the visit, his job was done fast, properly, and at a reasonable price. What prompted me to choose his services, though, was the call to him. He took time to ask me questions about the oven problem, and he was able to advise me of the exact cost of the repair, including the parts. So there was no hidden information/charges, and he said that if he could not repair it, he would not charge me. I highly recommend Michale's services and, most importantly, his ethos.

    I used Michael to repair an oven for a rented house and from the start he was incredibly helpful and clear. He was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue immediately and gave a reasonable and cost effective solution. He also very helpfully dealt with issues over the phone before the actual visit to repair the oven. Overall highly recommended and I would definitely use again!

    Michael Anderson did a perfect repair job in an hour. He didn't need to visit first and ordered the parts in advance, as he knew from my description what the problem was. I am impressed.
