  Everything went very well. From the very beginning when they came to do a quote they were friendly and efficient, and quick to respond to queries. They were also very reasonably priced. Throughout the work they continued to be very nice and efficient, and the rebuilt garden wall looks really good. The fitting of the gate and trellis was added to the job once the wall building was in progress, and they again gave us a very reasonable price for doing it, and have done an excellent job. I would definitely go back to them if I have any more similar work in the future.

  Tom and Pat have repaired, replaced and repointed the bricks at the front of our Victorian terrace that had suffered weather damage. The team are very friendly, the work is of an excellent standard and we have already asked him to quote for the next job. Highly recommend.

  Mr Cooney and his team fitted a new kitchen, new ceiling ,tiling,plastering,general repairs to interior and external walls .Rebuilt a garden wall for us. All work completed to a high standard. Always left property tidy at end of day. We are delighted with all the work. Everyone comments on how good the house is looking . The team were all very friendly and co-operative and completed job as arranged and on time. Have recommended to neighbours definitely use again. Thankyou Tom and the lads.

  Tom, Pat, and Sam were lovely, courteous, jolly constructors who took real pride in their work and finished the job to a great standard. They arrived on time, kept us informed, and made us and the neighbours laugh. Their wider team, from Kenton scaffolders to the worker who dug the driveway (with a dog called Dug!) to those who laid the paving were all lovely, hardworking, and efficient, too. We've recommended Tom and his team to family and friends and will be using them again on future projects. Thank you Tom and chaps for a job well done!

  Cooney Builders have completed a first class job for us. We could not be more delighted. Our job was not a straight forward drive as we wanted to extend it but keeping the same bricks and original character design as well as a new wall built. Tom and his team are very skilled craftsmen and paid great attention to all the finishing details. They always arrived when they said they would and the communication was very good to. We cannot more highly recommend them.
