10Verified ReviewRefitted 2 bathrooms, working around things we wanted to keep. Very hard working, always punctual, finished on time and came back to do some additional tiling. Boiler service completed this year , with corrections made to the original fitting, responsive to queries by text. Nice to see a lady in their small team. Would recommend and work with again

10Verified ReviewI was very happy with the service provided by Cooper plumbing and heating. I had an issue where the electrics to my boiler died, and the fan in the boiler died, at the exact same time! Mr Cooper determined that the electrics within the boiler were fine, and contacted an electrician on my behalf in order to fix the electrical issue. Mr Cooper was then able to diagnose the fan fault, and managed to source and fit a new fan on the last working day before Christmas. He didn't seem to mind that my curious cats wanted to assist him, which was nice. Will definitely use them again in the future.
