• Roofing works on a Victorian property

  Sean is the most polite, efficient and helpful builder I have ever met. He turned up on time and advised me what he thought needed doing to make the roof of my flat waterproof. He needed the scaffolding up before he could confirm what needed doing. Once that was up, he provided a very reasonable quote to do the work. The workmen managed to do the work on the odd fine day and I hope that it will have sorted out the leaks.

  Dave and his team carried out extensive interior and exterior renovation on a Victorian house in Kemptown. Communication was clear and efficient throughout, and the quality of the work was very good. Dave is very knowledgeable and is great at problem-solving. We are very happy with the excellent results.

  Brilliant company. They were so patient and helpful. It was not the easiest of jobs but they persisted, found the cause of the leak and then helped us repair the damage. They were great about ordering and fitting a new light too. Thank you so much for everything.

  Had to call these guys in to fix a right dog's dinner that a different company left on my property. Needed them to patch a hole and secure the phone cable to stop it flapping about. They came on time, did the work swiftly and to a high standard, and charged a reasonable price. Could not have asked for a better job.

  Small extension, but fitted in between 3 other rooms and the neighbour. Challenging details, but Dave delivered the work on time and budget, even after we asked him to add extras. Curteous, tidy, reliable, easy to get on with, the perfect contractor!

• Rendering outside wall

  Crumbling wall outside my house, they stripped back the existing render, put a waterproof layer on it, re-rendered it and also painted it. All done with a minimum of fuss and at the agreed price, even though I suspect the job was bigger than they first suspected. Top job, would recommend and will be using again.
