    Having had some leaks on our main roof, Cronin re-felted and re-ridged that roof, and we were so happy with the work, we decided it was a good idea to get them back to do our rear extension roof. As always, Cronin were punctual, tidy, and knowledgeable. So pleased to have found a firm that we trust.

    Cronin Building Maintenance were reliable and courteous from the start. The work included some basic roof leading, patio pointing, drainage repositioning and window filling and painting. The work was finished to a high standard and they even repainted some masonry which needed a tidy up, without me asking. I have already asked Cronin Building Maintenance to quote for other jobs at our house. I know they will do a good job. Would highly recommend.

  • Re-felting entire main roof

    Cronin have now re-felted the entirety of our main roof - we live in a Victorian terrace. As previously, they have kept me informed of when the work can be expected to be undertaken - which has been tricky given the amount of rain - but when they were able to commence, they completed the work professionally, tidied up well, and I am extremely satisfied. I find them to be reasonably priced and incredibly trustworthy, clearly with expertise knowledge of buildings and roofing. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, and am already seeking a quote to re-felt our rear extension roof.

Hello, my name is Mike. I have been in the building trade for 42 years. 

Cronin Building Maintenance is a family run business and I carry out work to a very high standard and we are fully insured.


We carry out work for local estate agents Mishon Mackay and Sawyer and Co in the Brighton and Hove area
