Rear extension and room conversions
10Verified ReviewWe were dreading having an extension- merging 4 rooms into one at the back, plus converting 3 others. However Paul and his team were so professional and knowledgeable, we knew we were in good hands. His team work very hard and are polite and tidy. The workmanship and finish was brilliant, as was the communication, we always knew we could get hold of Paul or Darren. The subcontractors and trades he uses are all really good too. And he has a wealth of knowledge to advise when there's decisions to make. We are so pleased with the rooms they created and would definately recommend them.

10Verified ReviewCouldn’t recommend CSS enough, honest and straightforward to deal with through the whole process. We had a large extension altering the majority of the property and the process ran smoothly. Where changes were needed (where materials were scarce) Paul and Mark were quick to resolve and made the whole process stress free. The CSS team and all subcontractors were honest, trustworthy and respectful -great guys all round. The finished product exceeded our expectations and we love it. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to start work on their property.

CSS CONSTRUCTION is owned by Paul Brook, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, who has been in the construction industry for more than 25 years.
Paul, a chartered builder working as a Director within a large construction company, decided some years ago to go it alone and offer his services and extensive experience to Essex and the local area.
Determined to bring back the excitement and quality of workmanship as well as trust in your building company was his objective, which has been very successful with many references available upon request.
