Before every job is signed off we complete a walk round with all of our customers to ensure they are happy with every aspect of our work, we are also more than happy to help out and assist previous customers with their queries.
We have absolute confidence in our work so are happy to guarantee driveways for 10 years and roofing installations for 25 years.
Our Customer Journey
We offer free site surveys and are happy to work from your plans or bring samples and portfolios to suggest and assist with the design of your planned project.
Our customers appreciate that we keep them well informed and involved throughout every step of the construction process. I am the single point of contact for my customers and we only take on one job at a time.
Every day we will inform you of our plan for the day and when we are likely to finish and start the following day, this allows us to work to your schedule and we leave your home clean and tidy at the end of each day.
Once your project has been completed we ensure that you are happy with every aspect of the completed work, I also provide experienced advice on the longer term upkeep of your installation.
