    I bought a rug from here 25 years ago to hang on the wall at the top of the stairs to stop the echos. It's beautiful, hasn't faded, and will probably last another 25 years. It's great quality and I had excellent service when I bought it.

    John and his team were exceptional. Responsive the whole way through, from initial enquiry through to completion. Within a month of contacting him, they’d completed the job, and to a very high standard. Would absolutely recommend John and Cut Price Carpets to anyone. And yes, their prices are definitely extremely competitive, but the product and the service you get is premium. Having previously used big high street companies (and having mixed experiences with them), John was a breath of fresh air. Clear communications, great service, great product, and professional job. Ticked every box.

Cliff began his career in the carpet industry over 40 years ago. After retailing for many years and running markets at Biggleswade and Baldock, Cliff's son in law John and daughter Irene joined him in the business and they started Cut-Price Carpets in 1999. John William came on board towards the end of 2003. Recently they have expanded their services to include a painting and decorating service. 

Our customers return to us time after time for our personal yet efficient service. .

Established in 1974, our family run team will welcome you to our Showroom (175 Mill Road Cambridge), where you'll find that personal help and a range of carpets, vinyl and laminates for home and office. We also offer a professional painting and decorating service to make your transformation complete!
