    I am in the initial stages of building an extension and Dan and Kirsty have been quick to visit, draw up plans and submit for Building Regs approval. I have found them to be friendly, patient and quick to respond to my e mails and texts. Dan came with Kirsty on the initial visit but I have been working with Kirsty on the plans and approval. A very professional company. I would recommend.

    I have used Kirsty and Dan at DK Designs twice now for calculations when knocking down internal supporting walls. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint being prompt, friendly and professional. They were also very understanding and accommodating when I made a mistake over one of our appointments and unfortunately wasted some of their time. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone else.

We are a CIAT registered practice (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists), with over 30 years’ experience in the industry, award winning DK Designs FPT Ltd are based in Sheffield and cover most of the UK.

We pride ourselves on being able to deliver our clients with house extensions, renovations and loft conversion that are functional to a family’s needs at the present time and future proofing a house as the needs of the home grows.

Our aim is to provide the client with a positive and realistic approach based on budgets, design, functionality and aspiration.

We take care of all the documentation and liaise with the relevant authorities on your behalf, whether it be from a loft conversion to a 200+ new build site. We have a vast knowledge of the housing sector working with various developers and have maintained strong relationships with consultants and authorities over the years.
