  I submitted a review yesterday which I must amend. Having spoken yesterday to D. McGuigan about the delay in removing scaffolding (of which he was unaware), he arranged with the scaffolder to come today. Within 24hours, all scaffolding has been removed, the site cleared of all debris and an apology received for the delay. I recommend this firm without reservation having had my concerns dealt with so promptly and courteously.

  Dean McGuigan was recommended to me. He quoted a price for the flat roof along the front of the house - work excellent but the bill was £500 dearer than the quote with no explanation. He returned in April to do the pitched roof. Again the work looks very good from what I can see of it, the workmen were courteous and completed the job in 2 days ensuring they tidied up any debris. However, the real disappointment, which has lowered my rating, is that although the skip was removed the day after completion, I am still waiting 4 weeks later, for the scaffolding to be removed.
