    Finding this company on check a trade. A quick phonecall and Dave arranged to assess the job. Reasonably priced and available when needed the company was employed. A job of many surprising unexpected discoveries, Dave and crew managed these and adapted as needs be. Polite, clean and trustworthy I would have no problems recommending them. Communication and follow-up always good and always checking with the customer about any needed changes to job or unexpected costs. I wouldn't hesitate to employ again.     Would absolutely recommend Dave and his team - work was completed to the time frame stated and price was great. Very clean and tidy at the end of each day. Initially had a quote months earlier but the quotation was honoured at a later date. I thought I may need extra contractors in for taking off and refitting radiators etc but this was taken into consideration and completed within the job which was great and made it easier. Would not hesitate in contacting Dave and team again for similar works if ever needed. Thank you for making a job I was dreading, as straight forward as possible
