Smart Boiler company (formerly Darren Russell Plumbing & Heating) was established over 17 years ago. After completing my training with my father, both he and myself spent 4 years working exclusively on New build projects, responsible for all aspects of plumbing and heating, design, install and overseeing all works completed.  In 2008 new build projects really slowed down so we decided to enter into the private market, completing all aspects of plumbing and heating including, boilers, central heating, underfloor heating, mains pressure cylinders, load compensation, smart controls,  gas work, safety checks, gas cookers and fires etc, and over the last seven years we have seen a steady growth in business and a lot of repeat business from satisfied customers.

We have built a solid reputation for reliability, punctuality, tidiness, with a solid technical knowledge of the industry and customer focus at the forefront of this. To date we have over 500 successful installations of gas appliances.  Right from the initial meeting with potential customers, we go through all aspects of the works involved and the time jobs will take to complete and accommodate all customer requirements, all quotes are in writing and will explain exactly what is included, materials, labour, warranties terms & conditions, so all aspects are clear and transparent, leaving the customer reassured.
