He completed the work efficiently and explained what he needed to do, including options such as fitting a new timer. The work area was left clean and tidy and he showed me how the new timer worked. I'll be contacting Dauncey for any future electrical work and recommending them to neighbours and friends.

Still looking into a solution for my outside lights switch issue, but the work to date has been superb. Would definitely recommend.
