  From day 1 Aranit was very clear and transparent about the build process and was able to show us examples of previous work recently delivered. He answered our questions and we quickly built trust and confidence that we had selected the right builder for our project. Communication has been excellent and responsive and the Construction Team on site punctually every day working hard to keep the project on track. In general we are really pleased with the outcome of the project and would definitely recommend this company.

  Aranit and the Derjan Building team were recommended to us. They were our last quote but turned it around within a week on what was a large project. From day 1 to the last day the team were brilliant, put us at ease straight away turning up on time and often earlier to make sure work was completed ahead of scheduled. The only delays were caused by us. He’s a great communicator and is always on hand to answer any questions, as well as being proactive to suggest changes. His team were so tidy, fantastic work ethic and build quality was fantastic. Would recommend them to anyone.

He was a pleasure to work with and whilst the extension was tricky so it issues with the architects drawings Aranit was always there to help resolve. I would recommend him highly.

  We employed Derjan Building because from the first visit and quote for works they gave us the confidence that they would deliver on time and to a good quality. Now that we have completed the work I can comfortably say we made the right choice. The team are friendly, good communicators and hard working. I would highly recommended them (as does my Architect now).
