Location: CT2Emergency replacement of washing machine isolator valve.
10Verified ReviewA new washing machine was being installed and it was found the switch on the isolator valve was broken and although they said they could not touch it the installers did and caused a leak. While mopping up we reached for the Checkatrade leaflet and tried a couple of numbers. Diamond Plumbing rang back almost immediately, was based in Canterbury and was able to attend within half an hour with the appropriate part. The cost was fully explained and agreed before arrival. The repair was completed promptly and successfully and at a fair cost considering it was an emergency.
