  • Investigate ingress of damp to bedroom window soffit, investigated and agreed a solution.

    The company investigated, suggested a course of action and price which was accepted. Relative to that price etc, checkatrade suggested if I wrote a description of the problem they would send to several firms and I would have a choice. Colin was the only one who answered and that evening too. It was ok this time because I liked Colin. No one else has ever contacted me.

    Just the worst trades-person I have ever dealt with. I asked for an invoice so that I could pay him and he said he would but pleaded that I sent him the money straight away. I did that. Wish I hadn't, because I have spent the last 2 months calling, texting and emailing to get an invoice and the report necessary for my insurance company. He promised me several times but didn't deliver. I was sent an email with just basic information/costs today (still no invoice, I doubt I will ever get that). He is evasive, unprofessional and if unless you want a small job done for cash - avoid!

What can we do for you? 

We can stop water leaks to most areas of your roofs/chimneys/guttering cost effectively by overhauling or repairs. 

We we can source most makes/colours/profiles of tile/slate/shingle or shake to keep to the aesthetics of your surroundings. 

Roofs:

We can renew broken and missing tiles or slates or refix loose or dislodged tiles or slates.

We can repoint/rebed hips/ridges/valleys/gables and paraphets. 

We can clean and de-moss roofs. 

Chimneys: 

We can repoint brickwork/repair rendering and rebed chimney pots. 

We we can renew lead flashings and back gutter trays, rebuild and remove chimneys. 

Guttering/fascias/soffits:

We can repair most guttering leaks and renew your fascia's, soffits and guttering.

We can renew, unblock and or clean fascia's/soffits/guttering. 

We also carry out work to conservatories/porches/garages/shed roofs
