  • AFTER SALES JOB - ATTEND ON SITE TO RECTIFY MINOR SNAG

    A minor snag developed which affected the operation of the new garage door Mark and James had installed a month or two ago AND without any fuss, bother or complaint they immediately re-attended site to rectify it AND at NO £CHARGE to me AND even though the fault was to do with the original electric motor which was not replaced as part of the new door installation! WOW! Getting a Contractor back AFTER they've been paid is defo further proof these guys run a reputable Company let alone to rectify an issue outside the scope of their orig Job!! THANK YOU AGAIN.

Mark patiently guided me through the maze of not only having my double garage door replaced BUT ensured that the colour of the new door would match the colour of my composite front entrance door as far as possible. Mark attended on several occasions prior to my deciding to place my order with his firm with no obligation or hard sell whilst the actual installation went so smoothly.
