    The guy came for fixing my dishwasher which has no power even plugged in. He changed the fuse in the plug and told me if that didnt work, I should change a new machine. I think it is overpriced for changing a fuse in a plug which took him less than 5 mins.

    The fridge wasn't working after defrosting. I had been told over the phone by the manufacturer, going by my description, that the unit could not be repaired. I needed confirmation that this was the case in order for the retailer to accept some responsibility. I had to get a brief report, from a professional confirming this, which was promptly supplied. This was done as part of the call out fee.
