    I had an imprinted driveway and new tops on the walls done in April 2022. Problems occurred immediately. The coping stones on the walls were not fixed and loose. Mike cemented them back down but left residue on driveway and cement, promising to fix and reseal. Nearly all coping stones are now loose. He continued to promise to rectify the problems and not show. Most recently he said he would come 25th June 2023, but no show. Now he's ignoring all contact. I've been completely let down by this company. I've waited over a year for the problems to be rectified and they still haven't.

    Our experience with Direct Driveways was very positive from my initial enquiry call, right the way through to completion of the work. Mike provided a detailed quote for my work, plus a separate quote (and contract) for the three neighbours' shared works. The scope needed adjusting slightly. Mike described the additional work and rationale in detail to all three neighbours. Of note was the communications throughout the process. Mike kept us fully informed on attendance dates/ times throughout. Finally the work done was exceptional - it looks great. A company at the top of their game.

    Excellent all round job from Mike and the team from planning through to completion. The team turned up when they said they would and I was always given advance notice of the schedule. Each stage of the job was clearly explained and my approval sought before any action taken. The site was left accessible during the process and clean when finished. I am very happy with my driveway and would definitely recommend this Company.
