Cleaning & sealing of limestone facade
9Verified ReviewMid-terrace house, unpainted limestone ca. 1940, with minor leaks in wind-driven rain. Water-repellant masonry treatment was applied. Company visited 3 times: for patch test; to clean wall with high-temp water spray; and to apply sealant after wall was dry. They arrived promptly; were polite and conscientious; and took account of our ideas about possible leaks. They washed down all areas where sealant had splashed on greenery, although some remained on nearby soil. There was some confusion about algicide; in the end none was applied and company quoted T&Cs indicating that it wasn't necessary.

10Verified ReviewMy bungalow roof was cleaned entirely and coats of sealer put on to prevent further moss growth. The operators turned up exactly on time and then explained what they were going to do. They kept me informed throughout the works and then finished by cleaning everything up and then inviting me to inspect the completed job. Everything was carried out exactly as I wished with a perfect job finish.

Established in 2012 We have been specialising in roof cleaning and coating for over 8 years now as well as block paving treating, Cleaning and Sealing, Imprinted Concrete, Natural stone.
We have 3 teams all trained in their own area of exterior cleaning. From pressure washing and coating of roofs, to industrial building cleaning and gutter clearance.
Our Unique van mounted DOFF system allows us to pressure clean at up to 150oC Using less pressure with outstanding results, we also have our own in house MEWP (Cherry Picker) with a reach of 15 meters for gaining access to areas previously unreachable, fragile roofs and especially useful for industrial gutter clearing at up to 4 stories.
Our teams are all externally trained in, Hard Surface Refurbishment, working at Heights, Asbestos Awareness, and are IPAF accredited. (All verified by the Checkatrade team)
