10Verified ReviewI called DH on Monday and they booked a job for Wednesday the same week to have the washing machine looked at. The man who came was very polite and quickly identified the issue. It was fixed within the hour with no additional parts required. He took the vaccum cleaner away to be repaired and it was ready to be dropped off again by Friday fully repaired. Due to other commitments, I organised for the vaccum to be dropped off the following Tuesday and it was returned clean and ready for use. Would 100% recommend and use them again.
