    My 93 Yr old dad in trouble as washing machine appeared to be leaking (his carers said). Paul came and spent an hour checking and double checking for potential leaks but nothing found. He refused to charge anything however. Very kind of him indeed; very satisfied. Did 3 loads straight away after he left and all fine. Great service, will def use again.
