• Repointing back of my house and flat roof

  Hi did very good gjob cleaning up old pointing not like others repoint over, primed dhe joints before repointig and did mutch the original pointing, same with the flat roof, took old felt out and wooden panels ,replaced with new one and used 3 layers off felt and it was best quality you can get

  We had a leak in the roof above our bathroom as well as suspected leaks higher up on the main roof by the chimney. Ermir was very quick to respond, gave us a reasonable quote and came and did the work not long after. He is excellent at communicating and explaining everything with lots of photos. He is very conscientious and definitely went beyond the call of duty to fix and amend things that he saw along the way. He always uses the same scaffold team who were very pleasant and erected the scaffolding in a very tricky place (above a glass roof) with care and skill. Highly recommended.

  Very quick to come and assess the roof after it sprang a leak. No charge for the initial assessment and carried out the minimum repair work required without trying to upsell unnecessary extras. On the day of the job arrived on time and was efficient and tidy. Very reasonable price for materials and labour as well.

  Ermir and team were brilliant. Very honest and Ermir recommended only the required work and always kept open communication lines and completed the work promptly (weather permitting). Also provided photos to show the exact work that was being done. One of the pieces of work that we required was replacing a missing chimney pot, Ermir managed to source a reclaimed pot that matched the other chimney pots and also painted it to match the colour. Will definitely use their services again without hesitation.
