He agreed to come over the next morning and he turned up when he said he would and fixed the issue very quickly and efficiently. His communication was excellent from start to finish. He let me know the problem after the appointment and his call out charge of seems reasonable given that it was an emergency. Seems like a very nice guy and would use him again
