9.75Verified ReviewCraig was excellent in all respects. He diagnosed the issues and gave good guidance so that my options were clear. Costs were up-front and did not change. Any extras I requested were clearly costed so that I knew the implications of my choices immediately. Craig was always courteous and friendly and always arrived on time or indeed a little early. He worked without a break I had complete confidence in his decisions and workmanship. If one has to have a substantial job done it’s reassuring to have someone of Craig’s professionalism. I recommend him without reservation.
