10Verified ReviewCalled Eric as an emergency as our shower continued flowing despite being turned off. Eric arrived within 20 minutes, on a Saturday. Unfortunately, the shower was beyond repair but he showed us how to turn off the water supply (to the shower only) so we could continue to use until we could replace it. Eric offered to install a new shower the next day, (Sunday) if we were able to purchase a replacement, which we did and he did. What an amazing man, we are very grateful. We were so impressed we have asked Eric to replace our shower screen too at a later date

10Verified ReviewIdiotically, I broke the bathroom tap and it felt like the worst thing in the world. Eric came out to me super quickly, he was very pleasant and courteous on the phone and in person. Not only did he efficiently fix the problem but he also explained the process and gave me some well-needed advice. Will 100% be using Eric again in the future. Thank you so much!

I started as a Self-Employed Plumber in 2005 after completing an NVQ at Chichester College of Technology; from here I went straight on to work alongside my brother, a Plumber ever since he left school at the age of 15, learning the ropes and "tricks of the trade",which he himself learnt from our father, a Plumber all his life in and around East Sussex.
I am a reliable, trustworthy individual who prides himself on a "Job Well Done". I carry out my work in a timely fashion and to the schedule agreed. Throughout my working day, I assess the quality asking myself..." Would I be happy with that in my own home?" My working ethos is that I do not complete work or leave a job that I wouldn't be pleased with in my own home.
No job is too small... from a dripping tap to a bathroom suite...
