  We've used EDS before for an internal wall move and got them back to knock an external wall down and install new patio door. They're extremely knowledgeable, conscientious and fees are very fair. Their communication is brilliant, as is their timekeeping and the quality of work is outstanding. I've referred several family members to them and will definitely be using them again. We'll done!

• Extension and full renovation of Bungalow

  EDS project managed, fully renovated and extended our bungalow which we bought at auction to exactly and more than we imagined . The work was done on schedule and to a high standard . They advised us on several occasions what was necessary ie. Building regulations without losing our vision. They were pleasant in manner respectful and trustworthy as we were not living in the bugalow . The garden was also cleared of trees and new fencing erected under the supervision of EDS xx We are looking forward to EDS starting phase two of our renovation Thankyou we now have a beautiful modern home .

• Plastered my walls and ceiling

  I can’t complain about the fact they worked hard they were very polite and even did a couple more jobs for me like fit my new lights however I asked them if I had damp and they said no and that the floor and walls were meeting so needed space. So they then completed the plastering . It turns out I do have damp and I’m not quite sure why they couldn’t tell when they obviously knew I had water in the walls dues to saying about the walls and floor meeting. I now have to pay for damp proofing and it means ripping the boards off the walls and undoing everything that I have spent hundreds doing.

• Garage Conversion into Kitchen Diner and Utility

  We contacted EDS to convert our garage into a living space and utility room. Scope of work included converting the garage, knocking through the wall and installing an RSJ, and building a stud wall at the rear of the garage. Final decorating and painting was to be left to us. EDS did a fantastic job of transforming our house, always kept us informed of any issues / changes, and have left us with a space for years to come. I am more than satisfied with the standard of work and timeframe that it was completed in. Thoroughly recommend EDS to anyone!

• Totally unreluable

  They were supposed to start our job on 31/5. Exactly 1 week before, I contacted them to confirm all was as expected, only to be told that they were running late and they couldn't do the work for another 6 weeks! I told them this wasn't acceptable, why had they not made any attempt to let us know? Excuses followed. I then had to contact them again this week in an attempt to get some committment from them, only to be told it would now be October as they had taken on another big job (which clearly was preferable to ours) They never bothered to make any attempt to contact us, very unreliable
