The replacement part I bought was faulty and rather than just sorting the wiring they used a spare switch so we wasn’t left without any lights in the room. At the end I was shown what had been done and what I would need to do if I wanted to replace the switch with a dimmer. Without a doubt I will be using Easy Sparks in the future for any other work, tradesmen like this are few and far between! Thanks again for getting out to us so quickly.
