7.75Verified ReviewFollowing pre-inspection on 17 Aug 2023, agreed a price of £400 to (a) check wiring adjustments made by kitchen re-fitters and make safe if necessary, (b) fix 2 overhead ceiling lights and disable two spot lights, (c) replace hallway chandelier with new lantern. Said it would take a full day to complete. Arrived at 8 am on 22 Aug 2023 to carry out work. Stayed until 10.30 am, completed item (a) only. Charged £250 plus parts and said remaining work will be re-priced for another date in few weeks. I don't believe he adhered your quality commitments on agreeing costs up-front and honest comms.
