  Chris and his team did an excellent job. we completely redesigned our garden and they managed to get it all looking how I’d imagined. They built a retaining wall, put steps up to the summer house, levelled our lawn on both sides, put in decorative fencing and laid a new lawn. I was really pleased with all the work they did and how professional and friendly they were.

  Experienced, talented building company. The team from the start were on time daily, stayed late to finish key stages. Befriended the neighbours, left the site tidy and very health and safety conscious. Accommodated our change in plans. Few more weeks left to complete, however would highly recommend if you want a builder that delivers to customer’s expectations.

• Large extension

  I’m currently doing a large complex extension on an old house. Because of this I was very nervous before the project started. However as the project has developed I’ve found that EM have been very flexible with a “can do attitude” and a collaborative approach working with us to discuss the best approach. I particularly enjoyed interacting with the team finding them very polite and helpful.

• Single storey rear extension

  Chris and team worked quickly to complete the excavation and laying the foundations in the first week. In a race against the weather they got the beams and floor in and first layer of damp proofing before the snow set in. They've been respectful, diligent, protected our floors and doors when moving equipment, managed the logistics of materials and grab lorries to remove the dirt, and they've cleaned up after themselves every day so the place is usable. They communicate well and ensure we know what's going on. They've also called in the building inspector throughout to ensure they're compliant.

  Chris and team worked non-stop and closely with the rest of the team to lay the foundations for a large extension on our property. They delivered the phase of the build ahead of schedule, which was very impressive. I was so impressed I commissioned them to complete the full building works and interior work, plumbing and electrical work

  Chris and the team are really fantastic, they are very polite and go out of their way to ensure that everything is completed to the highest standard. If there are any snagging issues they will ensure they are fixed and resolved quickly. The guys are so good I have now commissioned them to build a large extension for my property which they are also completing to the highest standard.
