    We had our entire house windows and doors changed by Emerald in January and 3 months on we are still pleased to bits with them. Working with Emerald was a pleasure from start to finish. We loved the relaxed conversation approach Rob gave when first visiting to quote. He was honest, upfront and knowledgeable and not at all pushy or salesman like. We felt like he was pricing based on what we were ordering not based on what he thought we could afford (unlike others we had received quotes from). The job itself was carried out efficiently and with attention to detail. Any snags I'd noticed

    Emerald supplied and fitted a new composite front door at our property. Rob came round to show us the door selection that we could choose from and a quote was provided in no time at all. Once accepted, we were kept up to date through emails regularly and a day for install was chosen that worked for us. On the day the door was fitted, the team arrived on time, carried out the works in a professional manner and left no mess at all. Thank you Emerald, I will definitely be recommending you to family and friends.

    Contacted Emerald and had visit following day and operatives rectified the problem; door had dropped and locking mechanism was not working correctly. We were very pleased with the work and the their quick response! We have had several other works successfully carried out by Emerald fitting two french doors and three windows over two years ago and have never had problems!
