    Text last week and arranged to call round today. Diagnosed as an internal switch that had ‘tripped’. Reset the switch, machine tested and ok although we were advised there might well be an underlying issue, not immediately identifiable. We agreed to leave ‘as it’ for now to see how matters progressed and that we’d call again if problem reoccurred. Engineer has been out to us before to replace a thermostat (or valve) in the dishwasher and would have no hesitation to recommend him - professional, courteous

    E14 Error code on our 10 year old Bosch which we self-diagnosed via Google as being a faulty flow sensor meter, so called EDAR and Sonay attended the following day. Confirmed fault as diagnosed, fitted new sensor and machine tested, good to go Very professional, very tidy and inclusive of the part was even cheaper than Bosch own stand alone call-out charge. Was running a little late due to prior job over-running but had been courteous enough to call and let us know.
