  This was a big project and throughout the job we always felt Joe and his team at Equipped were up to the job. They inspired confidence and changed specs without any issues. The result is absolutely superb and the finish is really clean, tidy and everything we wanted. We will not hesitate to recommend EBS to anybody else and will not go elsewhere for any future work we need.

• Removal of Decking, Lay Patio, removal and replacement of metal out structure

  Extremely happy to have found and used EBS. It was quite a complex job due to some external structures that needed to be moved but they have done a fantastic job in replacing the decking area with a new paved patio and updating the guttering/pipes. The team were timely, very skilled and left the area tidy at the end of each day. All costs were laid out clearly and discussed before any work started, with regular updates.

• Double story and single rear extension.

  We had a double story and single rear extension, as well as remodelling internally. At first we under estimated how much of a big job it was, but Joe was clear with the process and timings. Their standard of work speak volumes with the amount of people who have knocked on my door, asking who my builder was. Joe and the guys at EBS were a pleasure to work with. They were all considerate and kept us in the loop at all times. We lived in the build, so I know it wasn't easy with us being there. I couldn't recommend them enough and will get them back for other things I want done in the future .

  EBS were fantastic from start to finish and had a great team of conscientious guys working all the time. Joe was always on hand to answer queries and discuss things as they evolved with the build and helped us to source most things at the best price. I was plesently surprised the time scale was adhered to and can not fault Joe and his team. They also accommodated our changing ideas as the house was built and when we went on holiday a few times I felt 100% happy with leaving them to crack on.
