    From the very start, when Jon came out to quote, to the very last, extremely long day of the job there waas absolutely nothing to complain about. They were all tidy, polite, understanding and professional. All parts of the job were explained and any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We now have 3 fish named after them and would recommend Jon, Jason and Wayne highly

  • Soundproofing a party wall

    I contacted Jon to have soundproofing installed on a party wall adjoining an AirBnB, which is sometimes noisy. Jon was upfront and clear about everything from the first phone call, where he took time to explain soundproofing methods to me and gave me a rough idea of cost. The work was carried out on time and the invoice was the same as the estimate. Jon and his team were efficient, neat and reliable and cleaned up well after themselves. The finishing work was of high standard and the soundproofing has solved the noise issue.

    The work was completed on time. The finish was of a very high standard with great attention to detail. The hall was left as found. This review has been completed two months after completion because the management committee wanted to get feedback from a variety of hall users. I am pleased to say all are very pleased with effectiveness of the acoustics panels.

He was also very patient and cooperative when we kept on asking various questions about the installation to reassure ourselves that we were making the right decision. The installation of the acoustic panels was done quickly and efficiently and are hardly noticeable. The echo has gone. We would highly recommend ESii

    ESii soundproofed our ground floor maisonette to make things easier for us and especially for the lower ground floor flat below us. Jon and his team did such a lovely neat job, they were so polite, considerate and tidy while they carried out the work, and they made what was quite a big job feel as unobtrusive as it could possibly be. We are all pleased with the soundproofing results too. They carried out the work exactly as scheduled and were able to fit the job in quickly too. Much appreciated and highly recommended!

We pride ourselves on our customer service and as a small business we can offer a full personal service where you will be fully involved at every step of the way.

Our internal building services are available to domestic and commercial customers.

We provide the following services:

  • Suspended ceilings - Plasterboard or Mineral fibre demountable systems.
  • Partition - Plasterboard, metal or timber stud, Glazed or aluminium demountable.
  • Lining Systems - Wall linings or ceilings including thermal.
  • Flooring systems - Computer or raised access, timber, or composite systems. 

All of our building services work is undertaken by our expert contractors and we provide free quotations.

With our acoustic services we offer soundproofing and noise reduction work for both commercial and domestic customers. We provide a full design and installation service for this aspect, and we will ensure that all work is to the highest quality.

We also offer a passive fire protection service. Which is now an integral part of all building works.

We can install the following:

  • Firestopping, including intumescent collars and sleeves.

  • Fire rated linings to wall, ceilings and floors.

We can also arrange for surveys to be carried out to check if buildings meet the current building regulations.
