  • Repair leaking chimney

    Appointment scheduled for Saturday to come round and quote a repair on a leaking chimney. No time was given when they would turn up for the quote, but would call to let me know when they were on there way. I had a call at 11.30 Saturday morning to say they had taken on another job and would not be able to quote my job for a few months. As I work on a Saturday I change my shift in order to be at home for the appointment. No empathy was shown when they called to cancel and I’m sure they must have known about the larger job before Saturday, very disappointed I was not informed before the day.

    Came quickly to perform an inspection and give a quote and was honest in saying only a minor repair was needed. Carried out the work quickly and for a very fair price. Repair seems to have been carried out well from what we can tell so far, as we are no longer experiencing the issues we were having.

    Second time we've had eps in and again absolutely great work carried out very punctual and professional explained everything and after recent storms original quote increased but this was explained and reasons why which we knew would be the case but at least we've a watertight roof again
