Fran is a very creative and honest builder.  He leads a strong team and had many good ideas to offer based on his experiences.  He was always on time and easy to get hold of.  I highly recommend his firm.

Whole house refurb

Fran is very professional, honest and reliable.  The work started just before the birth of my first child, so it was a very stressful time for me.  He took away the stress of the work, leaving me to enjoy precious time with my little one.  The work was very organised, I had ordered most of the big items and he was able to accept deliveries and liaise with suppliers on the timing of deliveries.  He kept me informed on the work being done and provided photos.  He made loads of helpful suggestions which proved very useful.  I can’t recommend Fran more.

Complete refurbishment of a 1 bed flat.  Walls and ceilings were skimmed, kitchen and bathroom refitted, flooring done throughout (tiles and laminate wooden floors), loft hatch with ladder installed, new fuse box fitted, pressure of the shower increased and electric heaters installed.  Lift fittings installed, fitted new doors and all areas painted and decorated.

Fran has been excellent throughout with the communication as well as workmanship.  I can highly recommend him!
