  Graham worked with us for two month on the refurbishment of a very neglected house. He cleared the gardens which were overrun with bamboo and prepared the front of the property for a future driveway. He located the existing drains for future use and completed the extension foundations to slab level, ready for brickwork and blockwork. Graham is skilful, knowledgeable and hard working. It was a pleasure to have him on site and he'll be returning to complete the drainage, once clear access is available.

• Landscaping the front garden.

  The front garden has always been poor grassland, often waterlogged. We had this changed to have 2 new walls built, which will allow the planting of bushes etc. In a new terraced area, and the laying of new coloured patios and pathways. Although often hampered by the continuous wet weather which the UK has experienced in 2023, Graham produced everything to plan, with a methodical approach to quality and exact finish. He is a skilled tradesman who knows his stuff. The work took approx 2 months.

  This is the fourth time we have used Graham's services (previously he did a fence repair, a rear gate installation, and then a further gate on our driveway and a new door for a small outbuilding). As usual he was always polite, punctual and very thorough. We are delighted with how it looks and would not hesitate in using his services again.
