  Falcon Builders were courteous, professional and started promptly every morning. They kept us informed at every step. Their work was of a very high specification . They replaced our kitchen and built us a new downstairs cloakroom/wet room. They consulted us before making any changes to the plans and kept within budget . They also kept dirt and disruption to a minimum.

• Large extension, improvements to basement and landscaping garden

  Falcon builders are family business with a very skilled team and they produced an outstanding result to what was a very challenging project. They carefully followed the structural engineer’s plans and instructions when building the pad and beam foundations. They surveyed and discovered damage to the drains caused by nearby trees which they repaired. They planned and installed surface water drainage to a French drain in the garden. Building Control were happy to sign-off the work and I would not hesitate in recommending Eddie and his team to anybody wishing to undertake a project of this size.

  Falcon builders provided excellent work. They were reliable and able to accommodate our preferences and requests. They were timely and professional. The construction site was kept very tidy and they were polite at all times. I can strongly recommend falcon builders. We are planning further projects were we would be happy to work with them.

  I can’t praise Falcon builders enough. They have a fantastic team of highly skilled people which meant that my complex (and stressful) refurbishment was managed professionally from end to end. From dealing with damp and asbestos issues to undertaking complete rewiring, replumbing, carpentry, windows, redecoration, kitchen and bathroom installation. I don’t know how I would have completed this project without the steady guidance and support of Eddie, Ryan and the team. They have been a joy to work with and the end result is the beautiful home they have created for me. I highly recommend them

  I can’t rate Falcon builders enough, a trust worthy family run business with years of knowledge. I trusted Eddie, Ryan and workers throughout the whole process. They extended and renovated my two bedroom house into a 4 bedroom with exceptional work. Nothing to complain all workers had the highest respect whilst the work took place and always showed up on time and completed within time frame. I will be using them in the future and have no worry to recommend them to friends and family.
