  I was so lucky to find Mahbub. He not only came at short notice, carried out the work efficiently and quickly but went very much above and beyond in trying to source parts late on a Saturday afternoon (with no complaints). He returned to complete the job: both times exactly when I expected him (I do find this refreshing) and gave me good advice and guidance. He also did a couple of extra things (eg fitting a light in the bathroom). Bonus = he's a lovely chap.

• Ceiling lights in bathroom

  Fastric replaced ceiling lights in the bathroom following a leak from upstairs. I couldn’t be present to see the work but they communicated with me and kept me informed. They did an excellent job and left everything tidy afterwards. I’m very pleased with the work and I will definitely use them again.

• The main switch tripping

  I had an issue of main switch tripping Fastric electrician not only sorted the issues out but also give me the option to upgrade the system so the future issue can be sorted much quicker and more reliable, the service is brilliant I can't recommend more of them, will definitely use them again

• Electric shower isolator

  Mahbub was helpful and quick in responding to our request. He fixed the isolator quickly and did a check with the shower. His price was reasonable compared to another company we used (who couldn't identify the problem). I will contact him again if I have electrical issues to be fixed. Highly recommended.

• Efficient, kind for a fair price

  I look for a service provider on Checktrade late in the evening, to have a response on the following day. But for my surprise I was promptly answered by Mr. Mahbub, from Fastric. Once I was expecting more quotations, and I need to do the service in the following two days, I told him my need, what was also promptly solved. He came on the another day, a little bit earlier then expected, but never without a previous call. Being very kind, he did more than expected, with no additional charge, and better, reducing my energy consumption, explaining me every step of the service. I strongly recommend.
