We contracted with First Renderers as the managers of a small 16-flat domestic block.  We are generally pleased with the work done to repair the parapet wall.  What we are not pleased with is the company's failure to address a problem that have arisen since the work was finished.  We have emailed, sent photos and videos, spoken to the owner, asking him to return to take a look.  He said he would but never has.  We think we know what the problem is and it appears relatively minor, but he is now ignoring emails.  We manage our own block and when contractors let us down like this it is very difficult.

Overall very good.  Workmanship a very high standard.  Needed phoning a few times to push the job along but when on site the team worked quickly and diligently.

A really great job completed by Kas and his team, the only issue was the weather as the constant rain delayed them but we are really pleased with the final result.  Would definitely recommend them!
